This is a pure Mississippi project, from artist, producers, and engineering. Nothing but Mississippi affiliation.

The Meal Plan EP is a solo project composed by SIKA, produced by DJ Lake Gang, Cory Page, and Fred Nice. The project was engineered by Black Dolla Entertainment. All songs were composed by SIKA, the beat selection and track listing was composed by her, as well. The track listing is a combination of skits and songs, totaling ten tracks with a play value less than fifteen minutes. The Meal Plan EP serves up an appetizer, entrée, and dessert; meaning three songs and seven skits, giving an in depth look on who SIKA is in song and conversation. The EP is raw and personal, it is meant to be that way. It is also said to be an easy listen. Let's eat!
